Raising Money for Freddie
Pupils donated money today to a local young boy called Freddie Thompson who is waiting to have treatment in hospital for cancer. The children came to school in non uniform and happily donated to this worthy cause. It is understood that Freddie's parents are trying to raise £250,000 for his specialist treatment.
Freddie's parents are said to be overwhelmed by the local community's generosity. There are several events taking place in Thirsk and the surrounding area over the weekend and half term. To find out more about Freddie, find him on Facebook or click on the link below.
